Meet James Ryatt
James is a Registered Psychologist (Clinical Registrar) who enjoys helping individuals navigate their unique circumstances and experience more joy in their lives.
With an additional background in biomedical science, research, chaplaincy, and ministry, James has a well-rounded understanding of how conditions and challenges affect an individual across multiple areas of life and identity.
In his own words, “People are mysteries to behold, not problems to be solved.
Outside of Joy Psychology, James primarily works with geriatrics at the Toowoomba Base Hospital, conducting detailed clinical assessments. Outside of work, James loves time with his family and pursuing his passions for art, learning, and jazz music.
